Observation

Outdoor area: the gate that leads to the dog area (unlicensed space) was found wide open; this gate has a large rock to keep the gate wide open. Making this unlicensed area accessible to the children. There is a small slide between the storage sheds, the slide was laying on its side, children have access to this equipment. Outdoor area gate (emergency exit) the self-latching/ self-closing mechanism is not working.
